MyEA Terms of Service

Last updated: September 26, 2026

MyEA is an iPhone app that acts as a personal executive assistant. By using it you agree to these terms.

What MyEA does

With your permission, MyEA reads your email and calendar, sorts what needs your attention, drafts replies and follow-ups, keeps a list of open matters, and answers questions about your own information. It is a tool that proposes; you decide. An email leaves your account only when you approve it in the app or press Send yourself.

Your account

You sign in with Apple and connect one email and calendar account. You are responsible for the account you connect and for what you approve the app to send. You can disconnect the account or delete your MyEA account at any time from the app's Settings.

Accuracy

MyEA reads and summarizes real correspondence and it can be wrong. Check anything that matters (money, deadlines, commitments) against the original message before you act on it. MyEA is not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

Your data

How MyEA handles your information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use MyEA to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messages, to access an account you are not entitled to, or to interfere with the service.

Availability

MyEA is provided as is. We work to keep it running and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free results, and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it, to the extent the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
